Cancel anytime
You can cancel elevatr Pro at any time through the subscription-management option in Settings. Cancellation stops renewal; unless the payment flow states otherwise, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.
Refund window
Refund eligibility is currently subject to a [REFUND WINDOW] refund window. This is a launch placeholder and will be replaced with the final refund period before public launch. Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor.
How to ask for help
For a billing question or refund request, contact support@elevatr.pro with the email associated with your elevatr account, the approximate purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details in your message.
